The tasks of the municipal environmental protection authority are also laid down in the Environmental Protection Act, the Waste Act, the Land Extraction Act, the Water Services Act, the Water Act, the Off-Road Traffic Act, and the Water Traffic Act. These tasks are mainly related to permits and supervisory authority activity.
