Town plans

A town plan is the most detailed plan in land use planning, i.e., zoning. The town plan indicates the organisation of the use and construction of the municipal sectors. The town plan includes a town planning map, plan notations, and planning ordinances. The town plan is accompanied by a report that describes the plan’s preparation and its key features.
